Yuenthai Phils. Management Team Drum for Team Work

(August 12, 2018) – Twenty-five members of Yuenthai Philippines’ Management Team beat, shook, and drummed in rhythm with their colleagues in the XO Connect Training held in Cebu today. The whole day event, which focused on igniting team spirit, encouraging team work, and synchronicity, brought together leaders in the business unit led by executives Sandy Fok, Kelvin Su, and Marilet Zuniga.

The morning session was guided by Drumstart, a partner organization which empowers and energizes organizations with the aid of percussion instruments.

The activity was designed to develop team confidence and also build empathy while enjoying the music and drumbeats introduced by the coaches.

The afternoon workshop, facilitated by Sandy Fok, addressed the major challenges of the organization through a catalytic questioning exercise on change, communication, and efficient planning.

The event is the first of its kind since the organizational restructure. With the goal of reconnecting the various service functions and teams, XO Connect sets the rhythm towards a common beat for Yuenthai Philippines.
