Yuenthai Philippines Completes Its First Batch of XO LEAD Program Graduates 菲律賓元泰集團首批XO管理培訓生畢業

(May 15, 2019) – Yuenthai Philippines has reached a new milestone by producing its first batch of graduates in XO LEAD. The graduates are composed of line leaders who completed the Rookie Level last May 9 at the Events by the Garden, Lapu Lapu City, Cebu.

The culminating activity is the final activity to cap the first level of XO LEAD. Dubbed as eXtraOrdinary Race Event: The Race to Being XO, the program was a combination of indoor and outdoor activities which summarized and recapped all the lessons from the prior modules. The line leaders were tasked to complete six modules which include XO LEAD Overview, Empathetic Assertive Communication Training, Compliance Training, Technical Training, and Self-Management Training.

Frank Sauceda, Sandy Fok, and Marilet Zuniga attended the event and delivered inspirational messages. Also, joining them were the Yuenthai Philippines management team who cheered the participants as they went through various group dynamic exercises.

The event concluded with the awarding of line leaders with an XO LEAD vest which serves as a token of pride and accountability for being an eXtraOrdinary Leader.

Launched in 2018, XO LEAD is a program designed for line leaders to provide them with tools and concepts that they need as leaders. XO LEAD is currently running in the Philippines, China, and Cambodia and will soon be launched in other Luenthai locations.

(2019年5月15日）菲律賓元泰集團第一批XO管理培訓課程的學生近日畢業，這標誌著XO領導力培訓項目達到了一個新里程。這批畢業生均來自生產組長，他們曾於去年5月9日在宿務拉普拉普市花園街完成了菜鳥級別的培訓。

活動的最後，是為第一級的XO領導者加冕，即超越非凡比賽活動：通過競賽成就非凡。比賽結合室內外活動，對之前學習過的管理模塊進行了一次總結與回顧。生產組長需要完成六個模塊，包括領導概述、同理心培訓、溝通培訓、合規培訓、技術培訓和自我管理培訓。

宋法臨、霍宇山和Marilet Zuniga出席了這次活動，並發表了熱情洋溢的講話。同時，菲律賓元泰集團管理團隊的成員也到場為選手們在各項比賽中呐喊助威。

活動結束時，生產組長們均被授予一件XO領導背心，作為“非凡領導者”驕傲和責任的象徵。

XO管理培訓項目自2018年推出，是針對生產組長設計的培訓項目，旨在為他們提供作為管理者所應具備的方法和理念。XO 管理培訓課程目前已在菲律賓、中國和柬埔寨開展，並將很快在聯泰集團旗下的其他地區推廣。
