(December 7, 2018) – With the theme of “Moving Forward by Going Back to Basics,” the YTI Management Forum held last November 26 and 27 gathered YTI key management team, Luenthai executives, and YTI stakeholders in Phnom Penh, Cambodia to discuss business highlights, future plans, and best practices in YTI.
Day 1 of the forum was held in Dara Airport Hotel. Luenthai’s CEO Raymond Tan delivered the Welcome Remarks focusing on embracing change and facing potential risks in business growth. YTI’s Executive Vice President, Kelvin Su, recapped the operational highlights and lowlights of the year. Brand managers and department heads reported on business updates and provided insights on how to sustain and strengthen their partnership with clients. A management team dinner followed the event wherein the participants had fun games which stimulated team creativity and spirit.
A facility tour was also organized by YTI to demonstrate its paperless initiative by practicing innovation and digitalization in its processes. Brainstorming and break-out sessions was held after the tour to discuss the team’s challenges and concerns. Several ideas and programs were brought up which paved way for strategies and projects that would be helpful for YTI and other business units.
The event ended with a sharing of best practices and experiences while having a “Shift 2020” mindset that would make YTI move in one and clear direction.
