XO Lead Program Reaches Its First Milestone XO 管理人員培訓項目第一階段順利完成

(February 23, 2019) – The Luenthai XO LEAD Program has reached a new milestone as it produced its first set of graduates for the Rookie Level.

After successfully completing the required training modules, the pilot class, composed of 23 line leaders from Verte Clark were given an XO LEAD vest with a “Rookie” embroidered badge.

In completing the Rookie Level, the line leaders passed training modules such as Empathetic Assertive Communication, Understanding Compliance Training, Understanding End-to-End Manufacturing, Performance Metrics and Dashboards, and Self-Management.

As a culminating activity, the line leaders participated in a series of indoor and outdoor activities including mindfulness exercise, test of resilience, turbo dynamics, and games of strategy. These activities were designed to wrap-up the various learnings on leadership, communication, and teamwork learned from the six modules in Level One.

The participants are expected to apply what they have learned in their respective manufacturing teams.

The graduates of the XO LEAD Rookie Level Program will be assessed after a few months to measure the program’s effectiveness. It is currently running in various locations in the Philippines and China. It will also be launched this year in Cambodia and Vietnam, to be followed by other countries.

XO LEAD is part of Luenthai’s commitment to giving eXtraOrdinary CARE for its people and is run by the Corporate Training Team led by CHR Executive Vice President Sandy Fok, together with SBU HR teams.

(2019年2月23日）隨著第一批新學員的畢業，聯泰XO管理培訓項目也完成了一個新的里程。

由來自Verte Clark的23名一線組長組成的試點班，在圓滿完成所需的培訓課程後，每人獲得了一件XO背心，上面繡有“新人”徽章。

在完成新人級別培訓期間，生產組長參加了如自信情感溝通、合規性培訓、定制生產、績效指標和顯示板、自我管理等課程培訓。

生產組長還參加了一系列室內外活動，包括正念練習、彈性測試、動態管理和戰略管理遊戲，掀起了培訓課程的高潮。這些活動旨在總結從第一級課程中，管理的六個模塊裡關於領導力、溝通能力和團隊合作方面的各種知識。

培訓人員都希望能將所學的知識運用到各自的生產工作領域中去。

對XO首批新人級別的畢業生評估工作將在幾個月後進行，以便衡量該項目的效果。目前，培訓工作已在菲律賓和中國的多地開展。今年還將在柬埔寨和越南推出，其他國家也會緊隨其後。

XO管理培訓項目是聯泰致力於為員工提供特別關愛的一項工作，由集團人力資源執行副總裁霍宇山領導的培訓團隊，及各業務單位的人力資源部門共同進行。
