XO LEAD LAUNCHED IN MYANMAR AND THAILAND XO 生產組長培訓在緬甸和泰國啟動

(September 11, 2019) – The rollout of the XO LEAD program continues as the Corporate Human Resources launched the program in EMC Myanmar and Unison Pan Thailand last August 31 and September 2, respectively.

A total of 48 line leaders from EMC and Unison Pan participated in the group talks, discussions, and experiential learning exercises. Eric Chu, President of Universal, delivered the welcome message and provided support in facilitating the activities. EMC General Manager Edward Tung was also present in the event.

EMC Myanmar and Unison Pan Thailand are the fifth and sixth Luenthai facilities in which XO LEAD has been rolled out, following Verte Clark, YTI Cebu, SLT Dandong, and Suntex Cambodia.

(2019年9月11日）由集團人力資源部持續推進的XO生產組長培訓課程，於8月31日和9月2日分別在緬甸EMC和泰國Unison Pan正式啟動。

來自EMC和Unison Pan的生產組長共計48名學員，參加了分組會談、討論、體驗式學習。Universal總裁朱文俊為提供培訓場地給予了大力支持，並在課程開始前致詞。EMC總經理董国彦也出席了本次活動。

繼菲律賓克拉克Verte、宿務元泰國際、中國丹東新龍泰和柬埔寨Suntex之後，緬甸EMC和泰國Unison Pan分別為聯泰集團開展XO生產組長培訓課程的第五和第六間工廠。
