Suntex Cambodia Launches XO LEAD 柬埔寨Suntex開展非凡組長領導培訓

(July 4, 2019) – The rollout of the XO LEAD program continues with its launch at Suntex Cambodia last June 20. The program, under the company’s “XO CARE for People” initiatives, was launched last year under the Corporate Learning and Development program.

A total of 22 line leaders attended the training launch which consisted of a series of talks, activities, and focus group discussions led by Corporate Human Resources Executive Vice President Sandy Fok and Learning and Development Manager Vickee Dela Cruz. Suntex Cambodia Assistant General Manager Asokan Muinandee also delivered a welcome message.

XO LEAD is a training program designed for line leaders which aims to develop leadership and technical skills that are essential in improving team’s performance. Suntex Cambodia is the fourth facility where XO LEAD has been launched, following YTI Cebu, Verte Clark, and SLT Dandong. The program will continue to be rolled out in other Luenthai business units and facilities across the globe.

(2019年7月4日） - 6月20日，XO非凡組長領導培訓計畫登陸柬埔寨Suntex。該計畫秉承“非凡員工關愛”的宗旨，由該集團人力資源部學習與發展團隊從去年開展實施。

本次培訓共有22位元生產組織參加，培訓工作在集團人力資源執行副總裁霍宇山和學習與發展經理 Vickee Dela Cruz 的引導下，開展了系列會談、體驗活動和專題討論。柬埔寨Suntex助理總經理 Asokan Muinandee 到場致歡迎辭。

XO Lead即非凡組長領導培訓是一個專為生產組長設計的培訓課程，旨在培養他們重要的領導力和技術技能，以提高團隊績效。柬埔寨Suntex是繼宿霧元泰集團、克拉克Verte和丹東新龍泰之後，第四個推出非凡組長領導培訓的工廠。該計畫將繼續在聯泰全球各業務部門和工廠基地推廣。
