Ralph Lauren and Verte Open New Channel for Employee Feedback Via RL Hotline

(October 4, 2019) – Ralph Lauren (RL) and Verte have recently launched a new hotline for employee feedback in an effort to further strengthen existing communication channels and employee experience.

The hotline, in the form of email address rl-hotline@ralphlauren.com, is a global initiative of RL. Verte has been chosen as a launch partner due to its mature employee engagement and grievance mechanism. It will then be rolled out across RL’s supplier base.

Ralph Lauren Global Compliance Manager Hong Chan shared the RL Hotline in a Grievance Mechanism Refresher Orientation organized by the Verte Human Resources team last September 28. The event was attended by the company’s management team, and employee representatives at Verte, Clark Freeport Zone, Philippines."

The new hotline is an addition to Verte’s Talk-to-Us initiative where employees can simply call and send an SMS to air their feedback and concerns. Talk-to Us has been operating for years and is a popular, easy, and quick communication access among employees.

Employees now have more ways to send their suggestions, comments, and feedback. The RL Hotline is yet another exciting opportunity for Verte and RL to strengthen their commitment in providing XO Care for People.

為員工提供回饋意見開闢新通道

(2019年10月4日）近日，Ralph Lauren（RL）和Verte開啟專用熱線，以期進一步加強員工溝通和聆聽反饋意見。

該熱線以rl-hotline@ralphlauren郵箱的形式設立，為RL面向全球供應商員工提供的服務。Verte因其員工熱忱的工作參與度及申訴機制，被RL選為啟動合作夥伴，日後將會在RL所有的供應商中進行推廣。

9月28日，Verte人力資源部組織了一次員工申訴會議，Ralph Lauren的全球合規經理Hong Chan到會介紹了RL的溝通熱線。菲律賓克拉克自由港區Verte的管理團隊和員工代表參加了此次活動。

新熱線是Verte“與我們交談”工作的補充，員工只需發送一條短信，就能立即反饋他們的意見和關注的問題。“與我們交談”開辦多年，已經成為員工之間常用的、便捷的溝通方式。

如今，員工擁有更多的渠道表達他們的意見和建議。RL熱線也是Verte與RL攜手合作，實踐XO關愛員工的積極舉措。
