OIH-Luenthai Young Talents Get Ready for Overseas Assignment 東方國際-聯泰青年管理人才分赴海外工作

(March 4, 2019) – We have achieved a milestone collaboration with our parent company Orient Holdings/Shangtex Group by welcoming seven of their young and energetic executives to take on seven challenging assignments at Luenthai on 28th February, 2019. The seven young managers will be posted to our various business units and functional teams including Verte in Clark, YTI in Cebu, Suntex in Cambodia, Tomwell in Donguan, GJM in Panyu, CHR in Clark and CICT in Manila and Dongguan.

These overseas assignments is part of this Young Talent Development collaboration program between OIH and Luenthai which aims to develop young talents for future senior management positions through a hands-on experience with real-life operational responsibility. The trainees will undergo orientation on a variety of projects such as in change management, factor operations, business development , human resource information management, process mapping etc.

The Young Talent Overseas Assignment Kick-off held in Hong Kong was opened by LTH Corporate Human Resources Executive Vice President Sandy Fok, followed by keynote messages from LTH CEO Raymond Tan, LTH President Anne Mok, and LTH Executive Director Qu Zhiming. It included an interactive session between the trainees and executives to further introduce the OIH and Luen Thai business. A quick tour at the showroom was also held along with a short discussion of business etiquettes, competencies and key learning objectives, and logistics briefing. A dinner hosted by Shangtex capped the event.

The management trainees formally report to their duties and meet their respective mentors on March 1.

(2019年3月4日）2019年2月28日，聯泰迎來了7位來自母公司東方控股/上海紡織集團年輕而充滿活力的管理精英，他們將分赴7個充滿挑戰的崗位工作，這標誌著聯泰與母公司合作的管理人員培訓項目已經邁向一個新里程。這7名管理人才將派駐聯泰各業務部門和職能部門，如克拉克的Verte、宿霧的元泰、柬埔寨的Suntex、東莞的通威、番禺的捷進、克拉克的集團人力資源部、馬尼拉和東莞的集團資訊和通信技術部。

分赴海外工作是東方國際和聯泰集團合作的青年人才發展培訓項目的一部分，旨在通過切實的日常工作職責和實操經驗，為日後的高級管理職位培養青年管理人才。這些培訓生將接受大量的特定項目開發工作，如變革管理工作、要素管理、業務開發管理、人力資源訊息管理、流程圖管理等等。

海外青年人才啟動儀式由聯泰控股人力資源執行副總裁霍宇山正式開啟。聯泰控股CEO陳祖龍、總裁莫小雲和聯泰控股執行董事瞿智鳴逐一做重要講話。同時，培訓生和高級管理成員還對東方國際和聯泰集團的業務進行了深入的互動交流。大家一邊參觀展廳，一邊對商務禮儀、學習能力和重點學習目的等進行了討論，並對物流工作做了簡要介紹。活動在上紡主辦的晚宴中結束。

管理培訓生於3月1日正式向各自的上級見面報到。
