New Leadership Development Program Launched for Managers

Luenthai, in its continued effort to equip its management team with leadership competencies and confidence, as well as to strengthen the talent pipeline, has recently launched the “XO SHiNE Management Fundamental Program” or XO SHiNE.

XO SHiNE aims to impart fundamental management concepts in our business as well as to improve the management and technical capabilities of our managers to help them execute their roles more effectively. The program also aims to align the participants’ personal development goals and values with Luenthai’s corporate culture and vision.

Launched back to back in Cebu and Clark in November, XO SHiNE is the newest addition to the growing Talent and Leadership Development Programs by Corporate Human Resources (CHR). CHR Executive Vice President Sandy Fok introduced the program to the attendees and conducted a career development workshop. Meanwhile, CHR­­–Learning and Development Manager Vickee dela Cruz facilitated a VMV (Value-Mission-Vision) and 7 XO Habits Workshop.

The two-day bootcamp setup for XO SHINE will be rolled out across Luenthai locations worldwide.
