Master Trainers Workshop for 7 XO Habits Begins Today “高效能人士的7个习惯”讲师培训坊今日开班

(September 25, 2019) – Selected HR and Operations representatives attended the first day of the 7 Habits Certification Workshop today in Midori Hotel, Clark.

HR managers, supervisors, and other key personnel across Luenthai SBUs are undergoing certification in conducting a 7 Habits Workshop which was introduced to the Management Board last August. For day 1, the future “XO Master Trainers” and “7 XO Habits Ambassadors,” participated in group activities and were taught of facilitating techniques, handling questions, contextualization, and principles of adult learning.

The workshop resumes tomorrow with actual demo and coaching of participants. Day 3 will focus on implementation plan of 7 XO Habits to each SBUs.

（2019年9月25日）-“高效能人士的7个习惯”培训坊在菲律宾克拉克美多利酒店首次开班。来自人力资源部和营运部的代表到场听讲。

联泰集团各业务部门的人事经理、主管，以及主要负责人正在进行高效能人士的7习惯讲师资格认证，这七个习惯在八月份的管理委员会上也进行过讲解。

第一天的课程，未来的“XO培训师”和“7个XO习惯大使”参加了小组活动，学习了促进技巧、解决问题、语境化、成人学习原则。

工作坊明天会继续对与会者进行现场演示和指导。第三天则重点在如何把7个XO习惯逐步推进到各个业务部门的实施计划。
