Luenthai Twin Events Final Day聯泰高管雙項活動最後一日簡報

(August 9, 2019) – The Twin Events concluded today with a workshop and discussion on programs related to people and talent management, and organizational development.

The morning session was an introductory workshop on the 7 Habits of Highly Effective People led by FranklinCovey certified facilitator Eric Picart. The activity encouraged the Management Board to self-reflect and discuss about embracing changes in the organization.

Another highlight of the event was the first talent review exercise which is now planned to be done on a regular basis to ensure that people remain to be a competitive advantage.

Sandy Fok gave a brief introduction about the XO Leadership Journey and oriented everyone about the Graduate Development Program and Senior Executive Learning Experience.

The day was wrapped up by Raymond Tan, who emphasized the importance of the newly-launched 7 XO Habits and how these will serve as the foundation in digital transformation. He also supported their rollout and the training to be given to all employees.

聯泰高管雙項活動最後一日簡報

(2019年8月9日）本次雙項活動的最後一日為研討會，與會者對員工和人才管理、組織發展等方面的問題進行了探討。

上午，由FranklinCovey專業的講師 Eric Picart對高效人士的7個習慣進行了介紹，他鼓勵管理委員會成員進行自我反思、並積極接受企業變革。

當天的另一項重要工作是對人才計畫進行第一次的審核，今後將定期開展，以確保企業在人才方面的競爭優勢。

霍宇山小姐在會上簡要介紹了XO超越非凡的領導力培訓課程，以及畢業生發展計畫和高級管理人員學習實務等項目。

陳祖龍先生在活動結束前進行總結發言，他強調了新開始這7個非凡（XO）習慣的重要性，這些習慣將為企業數位化變革打下堅實的基礎。他還鼓勵管理人員將這7個非凡習慣向全體員工進行培訓，深入推廣。
