Luenthai Twin Events Day 2 Recap 聯泰高管雙項活動次日簡報

(August 8, 2019) – Day 2 of Luenthai’s Twin Events got down to business as the Management Board held its MBoard Meeting discussing business updates with key focus on digital transformation, strategies, and business cases.

The day started with Joerg Kornblum providing financial updates and Raymond Tan presenting Luenthai’s business outlook. Anne Mok also shared the company’s current corporate investments.

Digitalization has been the main focus of the day. Frank Attwood, who couldn't make it to the meeting, prepared an entertaining yet informative video on digital transformation. TK Louie shared Universal’s best practices by introducing Power Business Intelligence. Kelvin Su oriented everyone about LT Lab and shared the digital strategy of YTI.

Dr. John Romagna briefed everyone on the current strategy of IST and the infrastructure needed to improve Luenthai’s operation efficiency.

Raymond empowered everyone by having each SBU and department involved in digitalization. He emphasized the importance of machine learning, maximizing big data, and going paperless.

Frank Sauceda facilitated an open forum to obtain feedback and encourage further discussion.

After all the presentations, Raymond reiterated the company’s goal to go digital, move to paperless, and become more sustainable.

(2019年8月8日）-- 8月8日，即聯泰高管雙項活動的次日，管理委員會召開了管理委員會工作會議，會議的重點對數字化改革、企業發展戰略和經營情況等進行討論。

當天的工作會議先由Joerg Korblum向大家做財務報告，陳祖龍先生闡述了聯泰的經營狀況，莫小雲小姐介紹了集團目前的投資項目情況。

全天會議的重點聚焦在數字化生產上。由於不能对數字化生產進行現場展示，Frank Attwood先生則提前準備了一段資訊豐富，生動有趣的視頻和大家分享，共同感受數字化生產的巨大影響力。TK Louie向大家介紹並分享了Universal在電力商務智慧的成功經驗。蘇科銓先生向與會者介紹了聯泰實驗室的最新進展，並分享了元泰國際集團的數位化發展戰略。

John Romagna博士簡要介紹了目前集團資訊技術的發展戰略，以及為提高聯泰營運效率所需要的基礎設備。

陳祖龍先生要求，集團旗下的各經營單位和部門應投身順應數位化改革，他強調，學習機器設備、最大化大數據和無紙化辦公方向，非常重要。

Frank Sauceda 先生組織了一個開放式論壇，以聆聽大家的反饋意見，同時，鼓勵大家進行更深入的探討。

講話全部結束後，陳祖龍先生重申了公司的發展目標：數字化生產、無紙化辦公、進一步實現可持續發展。
