Luenthai’s “Becoming XO” HR Conference a Success 聯泰“成就非凡”人力資源工作會議取得圓滿成功

(June 25, 2019) – Human Resources leadership team from various Luenthai operations worldwide gathered at Phnom Penh, Cambodia on June 11 to 13 for the 2nd HR Conference to explore ways in “Becoming XO.”
The event, organized by the CHR Team, focused on discussions about HR’s role in the challenging and competitive business environment of Luenthai. CHR’s Sandy Fok formally launched the Luenthai 9 Leadership Competencies and 7 XO Habits with the HR leaders committing to take an active role in the exciting group-wide communications and training initiatives in the coming months. The “Becoming XO – Luenthai Learning & Development Handbook,” was also introduced as a tool and reference to all employees on this very important initiative of the group to systematically develop and evaluate leadership talents in the future.
The conference also served as an opportunity for HR leaders from various locations to come together and share best practices and exchange new ideas in the areas of recruitment, performance management, and talent development. Educational and thought-provoking sessions such as these are key in finding ways for Luenthai to continuously adjust its HR systems to cater to the demands of the the 21st century workplace.
The participants were also given the opportunity to visit the Suntex facility. Frank Attwood hosted the tour and gave some background on the Luenthai Cambodia business, the various growth and development initiatives, as well as digitalization advances in the manufacturing processes and services.
Present also in the HR Conference was Anne Mok who addressed the participants on the opening day and talked about the need for HR professionals to step up their interest and understanding of the business and customers and the importance of HR leaders to be change catalysts at Luenthai.
Kelvin Su delivered the closing message and challenged the team to support business needs and to be true to corporate initiatives in digitalization and XO CARE.

(2019年6月25日)來自聯泰全球各地經營部門的人力資源領導成員,從6月11日至13日齊聚柬埔寨金邊,參加第二屆人力資源工作會議,共同探索“成就非凡”之路。
本次會議在集團人力資源部的精心組織下,與會成員聚焦聯泰在挑戰和競爭日益激烈的市場環境中,人力資源應承擔的角色展開了熱烈討論。集團人力資源執行副總裁霍宇山在會上正式推出聯泰9個核心領導能力、7個“成就非凡”習慣的管理理念,各地人力資源領導也將在接下來的幾個月裡,積極推動這一全球化交流和培訓工作的開展。會上還介紹了如何使用《成就非凡:聯泰學習與發展手冊》,作為全員考量的工具,系統地發展和評估未來的領導人才。
本次會議還為各地的人力資源管理者提供了一次分享經驗、交流思想的機會,大家在招聘、績效管理和人才開發等方面知無不言。這類具有教育意義和啟發思維的會議,是聯泰不斷調整人力資源系統,以滿足21世紀發展需求重要的途徑。
與會者在Frank Attwood帶領下,參觀了Suntex的工廠基地,並聽取了Frank對聯泰柬埔寨經營情況的簡要介紹,包括各種增長和發展計畫、以及生產流程和服務中數位化的領先優勢。
出席本次會議的還有總裁莫小雲,她在開幕當天致辭,並談到了人力資源專業人士需要加強對公司業務的興趣和理解、瞭解客戶的需求、人力資源管理者成為改變聯泰的催化劑的重要性。
Kelvin Su在會議結束時講話,他指出,如何支持業務發展需求、切實回應集團提倡數位化發展和落實非凡關愛的舉措,這是人力資源團隊面臨的挑戰。
