Luenthai Joins AAFA in Honoring the 2019 Awardees of the American Image Awards

(May 9, 2019) – Luenthai was a proud sponsor of the American Apparel and Footwear Association (AAFA)’s 2019 American Image Awards recently held in the Illustrious Plaza Hotel in New York.

The event honored leaders, influencers, and innovators in exemplifying leadership, excellence, and outstanding achievement in the apparel and footwear industries, among which were Person of the Year, Isaac Ash, President and CEO of United Legwear & Apparel Co.; Retailer of the Year, American Eagle Outfitters; Company of the Year, Birkenstock; Designer of the Year, Eileen Fisher; Media Brand of the Year, WWD; and Fashion Collaboration of the Year, Disney Princess X Ruthie Davis. The event, which celebrates major fashion and retail players’ accomplishments in the industry, was hosted by award-winning actress, Brooke Shields.

Luen Thai Holdings Ltd. President Anne Mok was in attendance, along with Lydia Ke and Tricia Torres who are both part of AAFA’s Government Relationship Committee.

Rick Helfenbein, President and CEO of AAFA, said that the industry has been navigating a significant change in the manner of selling and bringing products to market. He mentioned the importance to welcome and thrive into these changes.

(2019年5月9日）----近日，美國服裝和鞋業協會（AAFA）在紐約著名的廣場酒店舉行2019年度美國形象大獎頒獎活動，聯泰集團為該活動的榮譽贊助商。

其中包括：年度人物獎、Legwear&Apparel 集團總裁兼首席執行官Isaac Ash；年度零售商、美國鷹牌服飾；年度公司、Birkenstock；年度設計師、Eleen Fisher；年度媒體品牌、WWD；年度時尚合作獎、迪士尼公主與露絲·大衛斯（Disney Princess X Ruthie Davis）。活動旨在慶祝各大時尚和零售企業在業內所取得的成就，獲獎女演員布魯克·希爾茲（Brooke Shields）擔任主持人。

聯泰控股有限公司總裁莫小雲及身兼AAFA政府關係委員會成員的Lydia Ke、Tricia Torres一起出席了活動。

AAFA總裁兼首席執行官Rick Helfenbein表示，服裝鞋類在銷售和推廣方式上正經歷著重大的變革，迎接這些變化，追求蓬勃發展，十分重要。
