Luenthai Hosts New York University Students 紐約大學學生到聯泰集團學習訪問

March 29, 2019 – Undergraduate students and faculty of New York University (NYU) Stern visited Luenthai last March 20 to learn about our business, our key strategies, as well as gain valuable insight on apparel and accessories manufacturing.

Raymond Tan, CEO, warmly welcomed the group at the Hong Kong office and talked about our XO (eXtraOrdinary) journey as a company as well as our digitalization strategy and Luenthai’s sustainability initiatives of XO CARE for people, community, and environment.

Other topics discussed were global trends in digital manufacturing, social e-commerce, people strategies, and challenges and opportunities for growth.

An open forum followed, which allowed the students to ask questions to and exchange ideas with Raymond.

NYU Stern is the University’s business school. The visit is part of NYU Stern’s International Studies Program wherein students meet with companies in different industries to get an on-the-ground understanding of conducting business globally, including the influence and impact of history, culture, politics and economics. The semester-long course includes extensive research on the company and an international trip during spring break to Hong Kong.

紐約大學學生到聯泰集團學習訪問

2019年3月29日—3月20日，來自紐約大學（NYU）斯特恩分校的一批在校生到聯泰集團學習和瞭解聯泰集團的業務、公司主要的發展戰略，並收穫了服裝和箱包配飾生產製造的寶貴見識。

集團CEO陳祖龍先生，在聯泰集團的香港辦公室向學生代表團表示熱烈歡迎。他向學生們介紹了集團的XO（超越非凡）歷程，以及公司的數位化生產戰略，和聯泰非凡關愛員工、關愛社區和關愛環境等可持續發展戰略。

隨後，學生們還與陳祖龍先生進行了互動，既有問答，也有意見交流。

斯特恩分校是紐約大學的商學院。這次訪問是國際研究項目的一部分。學生走訪不同工業領域的公司，現場學習全球的商業實務，包括歷史、文化、政治和經濟帶來的影響。這個為期一學期的課程包括春假期間到香港的國際旅行，對公司進行廣泛深入的研究。
