Dandong Launches XO Lead Program

(November 24, 2018) – The XO LEAD Program was rolled out in SLT Dandong, China last November 19 led by Corporate Human Resources Executive Vice President Sandy Fok with SLT Dandong General Manager Evelyn Soh and attended by line leaders and supervisors of SLT.

XO LEAD, a training program designed for line leaders, aims to develop leadership and technical skills that are essential in improving team’s performance. This training initiative helps to inculcate the culture of “Be XO Daily” (Be eXtraOrdinary Daily) and covers the areas of organizational culture and values immersion, compliance training, technical training, supervisory training, effective communication and coaching skills, self-management training, conflict and labor management, and change management.

The program uses a multi-learning approach which includes a series of talks, experiential activities, and focus group discussions. Luenthai’s winning formula of speed, flexibility, quality, and cost efficiency were discussed in the training.

SLT is a Yuenthai facility in China and is the third Luenthai facility to adopt and implement the corporate training program for line leaders.

The XO Lead Program is set to be rolled-out in other Luenthai business units and facilities across the globe.

丹东工厂开启XO领导课程培训

（2018年11月21日）联泰的XO领导课程培训于11月19日在中国丹东的又一家工厂开始进行。集团人力资源高级执行副总裁霍宇山开设了这一课程，公司的主管和主任级管理人员参加了培训。

XO领导课程是一个针对生产组长设计的培训项目，旨在培养基础管理人员的管理能力和技巧，提高团队绩效。这个培训活动有助于灌输“每日超越平凡”的理念，并涵盖组织文化、合规性培训、技术培训和有效沟通等内容。

该课程运用了各种学习方法，包括一系列的会谈、体验活动和小组讨论。培训中，大家共同讨论了联泰生产的速度、灵活性、质量和成本效率的制胜模式。
