Today, the new passenger terminal at Clark International Airport officially opened its doors with ceremonial water cannon salutes to the first leaving and arriving flights – Jetstar Asia and Cebu Pacific Air, respectively.

The CRK New Terminal welcomed domestic and international passengers with state-of-the-art amenities and enhanced accessibility. The new terminal is 1.5 kilometers from the old passenger terminal and accommodates both domestic and international flights, with boarding gates color-coded for each route. It features four floors, 18 aerobridges, and a total floor space of 110,000 square meters, with a design capacity of 8 million people per year.

The new CRK Terminal is a collaborative project of the Department of Transportation - Philippines (DOTr) and the #BCDA and is operated by the Luzon International Premiere Airport Development (LIPAD) Corp. – a company managed by and a subsidiary of the Singapore Changi Airport.

It has cutting-edge amenities and is positioned as a leading Asian gateway for tourism and business. Touchless passenger check-in is also available at CRK. Self-service, self-check-in kiosks, and self-bag-drop technologies have been installed for passenger safety and autonomy.

As the New Terminal opens, so are our opportunities for business – international customers, partners, visitors, and Luenthai executives – now have the convenience of traveling directly to Clark without the painful drive from/to Manila.

It is expected that more international airlines will start servicing Clark flights with the opening of this new airport and with expanded flights to Asia and direct flights to the US, EU, and other destinations as the Philippines government works to decongest Manila.
