2019 LTH Management Summit and Annual Dinner Wrap Up 联泰控股2019管理峰会暨年度晚宴圆满完成

With over 160 management team members and leaders from Luen Thai (LTH), Orient (Orient International Holdings/Shangtex), partners and guests in attendance, the 2019 Luen Thai Management Summit and Annual Dinner concluded successfully.

Guided by the theme Challenge is Opportunity, the three-day activity-filled gathering in Shanghai, China from January 14 to 16, provided a perfect venue for setting vision and goals and sharing best practices from and amongst top leaders. More importantly, the event provided Luen Thai with the opportunity to learn more about the business of Orient and introduce Luen Thai’s capabilities to Orient executives and management team.

Activities Round-up

January 14

NEWTECH facility tour. Delegates visited the facility and were given an orientation on dry dye technology and the future of digital waterless printing.

International Fashion Center (IFC) Tour. The delegates were shown one of the biggest facilities of Orient in Shanghai which is lined up with various retail outlets and is a venue for shows and conferences.

Visit to The Bund and Yu Garden.

Meeting with Orient Management Trainees and Luen Thai executives and mentors.

Private Dinner by Orient with Luenthai Management Board and special guests.

January 15

LTH Management Summit is the key event of the three-day gathering. Raymond led a group of Luen Thai executives in various presentations centered on Challenge is Opportunity. Raymond shared his vision and priorities for the next 5 years, highlighting key targets for 2019.

The Summit was graced by top executives: Mr. Tong Jisheng, Board of Director, Secretary of CPC Committee and Mr. Zhu Yong, President of Orient International Holdings.

Mr. David Yeh of the Yeh Group, also presented on a new fabric technology. Anne closed the event with a summary presentation of business targets and achievements.

The night concluded successfully with Luen Thai’s Annual Dinner. The event featured a special message from LTH Chairman Shen Yaoqing and Raymond Tan. Long Service awardees were recognized including special recognition of the long service award for Anne Mok (15 years), Marilet Zuniga (25 years) and Alice Wu (30 years); plus lots of photo taking, well-wishing, and fun.

January 16

Skechers Business Update and Presentation. This featured a tour in Skechers office and flagship stores.

联泰控股2019管理峰会暨年度晚宴圆满完成。超过160名来自联泰控股和东方国际集团/上海纺织集团的管理人员、合作伙伴及客人出席了这一盛典活动。

在主题为挑战即机遇的指引下，本次会议齐聚中国上海，会议从1月14至16日，为期三天。集团领导为会议提供完美的场所，从会场布景、会议目的，及分享最佳的实践经验。更重要的是，本次会议让联泰有机会了解和学习东方国际的经营业务，并向东方国际的高层管理团队介绍了联泰的业务产能。

1月14日

参观上海长胜纺织科技：代表们参观了该公司并听取了干染以及未来无水数码印花的科技介绍。

参观上海时尚中心（IFC）：代表们参观了东方国际在上海最大的设施，里面众多的零售和工厂特卖店成行成市，同时这里还可以举办各种演出和会议。

到外滩和豫园游玩。

联泰的高级管理人员及导师与东方国际的管理培训生会面。

东方国际设宴招待了联泰管理委员会的全体成员以及重要来宾。

1月15日

联泰管理峰会是三天会议中最重要的环节。陈祖龙先生带领联泰集团的高级管理人员，围绕着挑战即机遇的中心，进行了热烈的演讲和讨论。陈祖龙向大家分享了自己的管理愿景，以及下一个5年重要战略计划，以及2019年的工作重点。

东方国际集团党委书记兼董事长童继生先生、总裁朱勇先生的到会，更为会议熠熠生辉。

Yeh集团的David Yeh在会上介绍了新的布料科技发展，莫小云女士阐述了经营目标和所取成就的会议总结。

1月16日

在斯凯奇了解最新的业务进展和介绍。并到斯凯奇办公室和旗舰店进行参观。
